Weight Loss Diary

It has been three days since I once again started dieting to loose weight and get fit.

Day 1 was quite tough, I was feeling dizzy and was totally out of my wits
Day 2 was okay, I took more bananas and eggs in the milk shake but day 2 had its moment of weakness and did slip a bit.. I ate two kfc drumsticks and chicken puff... also drank tea with biscuits.. but as I usually would have done and given up after that... I did not allow myself to do that.. I again renewed my vow and went on with it...

Day 3 was good diet wise... not any slips... but was craving food specially for something crispy...
at midnight I went searching for sugar cane juice.. it was not easy to get after roaming around for a while finally got one shop in Hawally...

I already feel lighter and lot of pains that I had in my bones, muscles and joints have gone..
I am still prone to irritation and head aches...
I think by tomorrow I should acclamitised..

I keep avoding gettin gon the scale... I know that will disappoint me.. but the change is visible..
just need to push through.... InshaAllah this time.. I will succeed..Ameen.
